We design plastic parts manufactured using various technologies:

• injected molded parts - suitable for production of large numbers
• vacuum formed parts - suitable for production of small to medium numbers, suitable even for large size products
• Resin Transfer Molded (RTM) parts - suitable for production of medium to large numbers, suitable even for large size products
• Rotationally molded parts - suitable for manufacture of hollow parts, such as tanks

When designing plastic parts, we choose suitable technologies and material with further respect to the technical requirements and price vs. number of produced parts. We comply with such technological principles as minimum thickness, bevel, and radius. As part of our design, we design a dividing line of the mold.

Should the parts be further machined, we provide a model and necessary documentation for the production of a form and for machining.

In the field of visual components, we cooperate with external designers. Where necessary, we produce general visual surfaces. If required, we will provide you with a physical model created using Rapid Prototyping technology.
