We design 3D electrical systems in Cabling module:

Based on the electrical scheme, cables / wires are routed by usage of reference parts / skeletons throughout the machine or its larger part. It connects switchboards, switches, control panels and all other electrical or electronic components. Thanks to the 3D CAD system, the actual lengths of cables /wires can be measured with great precision, a production drawing can be made – harness is flated into one datum plane. Placing electrical components in machines is also important for other design teams working on the same machine. The electrical system occupies a significant volume in the machines , that has to be taken into account by designers of frames, covers, hydraulic circuits, and other machine parts. Therefore, we also recommend and perform 3D electrical design right from the start of the entire design process.

Due to the appropriate use of reference parts / skeletons, we can design and verify moving parts of machines connected by electric wires.
